Refund Policy
Our guarantee
Every campaign shows a guaranteed minimum before you pay. If your campaign ends with total delivered results below that minimum, you choose either a refund of the undelivered portion or a free extension until the minimum is reached.
How to claim
Email hello@nagao8.com or open a ticket in your account within 30 days of the campaign end date, including your order reference. We verify the numbers against Google Ads and YouTube Studio and reply within two business days.
What is not covered
Results already delivered. Campaigns you cancel after launch — the unspent budget is returned to your wallet instead. Campaigns that never started because the required channel access was not approved — we will remind you and help; if access is never granted, the unspent budget is refunded. Estimates above the guaranteed minimum, which are projections, not promises.
Payment disputes
If you open a card or PayPal dispute, we will answer it with the delivery records. Talk to us first — a direct refund is usually faster.
