Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Nagao8 is an advertising service operated by The7 Digital. We plan, launch and manage Google Ads video campaigns that promote YouTube videos you own or are authorised to promote.

2. What you are buying

You purchase campaign management plus advertising delivery. Estimates shown before payment are projections based on current market rates per country; the guaranteed minimum shown at checkout is the figure our Refund Policy applies to. Results appear directly in your YouTube Studio and are counted by YouTube, not by us.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you control the channel you submit, that your content complies with YouTube and Google Ads policies, and that you will approve the one-time ads-access request needed for subscriber-goal campaigns. We never ask for your password.

4. Payments and wallet

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store card numbers. Wallet funds are used to pay for campaigns you launch.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

We may pause or cancel campaigns that break Google Ads policies, promote restricted content, or target channels you do not control. In that case the unspent budget is returned to your wallet.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected campaign. We are not responsible for decisions made by YouTube or Google, including video removals or account actions.
